Yesterday my lovely little Suki-Su went from this..............

to this.......

She did a wonderful job of whelping (that's dog talk for giving birth) to 8 beautiful healthy Pups. We have four of each sex they are all solid black apart from one female who is golden. I was a little surprised at the golden pup as both of Suki-Su's parents are black and tan (like Su-Su) and the pups Dad is Black. But I was even more surprised that none of the pups carry Su-Su's colours. Having an almost all black litter is going to be fun telling them apart! As Suki has had such a nice large litter this means we will have a few pups "spare" over our waiting list.
