Suki-Su is eight weeks pregnant today, she is coping well with her expanding waistline although she is not managing to eat as much as she would like. she often has to leave food in her bowl (much to her disgust) and return to it later.








While I was away at the weekend Travis made her a new whelping box (that's where she will give birth to her puppies). It's good to give her a few days (longer if pos) to get used to the box and make it her own. She jumped straight in it and had a sniff about to check it's a suitable nest for her brood.



The box passed Suki-s sniff test, she settled down to find a comfy spot and allowed me the chance to take a eight week belly photo.




I'm not sure how long she is planning to spend in here tonight but she wasn't in any hurry to get out and made it quite clear to the others this is her box not theirs!!
