Suki still refuses to tell me for sure whether she is pregnant or not, she is larger than normal around the middle (but that could be down to me feeding her more to help the babies? grow). She is very cuddley at present and has been since a few weeks after the cover, every chance she gets she's up on the sofa squooshed in next to me. I suppose it's just going to be a wait for another week to she if she starts to change shape, Normally a dog will turn from a round shape to a pear shape towards the end of the pregnancy. |

I feel awful not getting on here and updating sooner, but the house has been so busy this week and I don't feel that I have had a moment to spare let alone update Suki's blog.
Suk's has popped out into this barrel of a cocker spaniel and after having a pre-whelp haircut on saturday morning she looks even rounder. |

No exciting news yet on the BellyBups front.
Suki-su if off her food but there's not other signs that anything will happen tonight, she is a little restless and needs a wee every half hour of so :) but I think I should get plenty of sleep tonight even though I'm camped out on the sofa so I can listen out for her.
Keep checking in just in case.
Something is bound to happen soon :) |

at 7:15am the first puppy has arrived. It's a little black and tan boy weighting at a very nice 260gr Puppy number two has just arrived a dark black and tan female......... i think number three is following quickly Number three arrived just 15 minutes after Number 2, he's male another dark black and tan and he's a whopper at nearly 300gr's number four arrived at 9:30 this morning a third boy and a fourth black and tan. Suki is coping well and the pups are all nice and healthy. It's looking like Suki may have finished at five. so thats four boys and one girl all black and tan. All are healthy, strong and have been feeding. Suki has had a nice bowl of food and is cleaning herself up as i type. she can come out for a bath tomorrow. |
