The pups are just over three weeks old now. They are doing well with eating solid foods although as you can see from the photos I took this morning they are still at the walking in the food stage. All of the pups can walk well now and all can see. They have been moved into the larger crate now so that they have a toilet area as well as a bed, and already they are getting the hang of moving off the bed to go for a wee.

Even though I have taken over the main feeds of the day the pups will still want Maggie for a few more weeks. She will start to wean them off at about 5-6 weeks once they start to bite more than suckle. Maggie will however stay with them during the day and at night until they leave us early December.
In this litter we have four golden males available. If you are interested in becoming a DrackettCase cocker owner please contact me on 01983 611524 or email me via the contact us link at the side of the website.
