Today's puppy is the lovely Nero........ this much coveted little man is going to live with a wonderful family on the mainland. he will be their first dog and I'm sure will be a very special addtion to their family (if the shopping from PAH's is anything to go by). Nero is a pale golden colour at the moment with white flashing on his chest, this will fade to cream over the next year and his golden colour will deepen as his adult coat comes through. so on with the interview.....
NERO Your name means black in Italian.... but you are far from black... what are your thoughts behind this? - Well Nanny tells me that my Family have named me in honour of my mummy Maggie, I like this idea after all she has done all the hard work so far. Nero your nose was pink when you were born....... whats going on with this colour change? - Well within a matter of days my nose will be totally black and my blue eyes when I can be bothered to open them will also change to black. Nanny thinks I'm going to look very much like my NannyDog Ruby (that's Maggies mummy)
What's your favorite way to pass time at the moment? - I tend to sleep alot mostly onto of someone else as puppy's do make very good pillows, however because 'm rather a lump my pillow often moves away just as I'm getting comfortable, this is most annoying as I then have to find another "puppypillow" to squoosh on.
