Most of Maggies babies left today. PoppyP was the first to go yesterday afternoon and this morning Reuben, Ellie and Rufus left me to go live with their lovely new owners.

I'm sure they will all have wonderful lives and be extremely well looked after and loved by everyone who has the pleasure of meeting them. I have already heard that they are settling in and exploring their new homes. Most of the babies that left have gone to live with other DCCockers and they have been greeted in a mixture of ways :) from excitment at having a new sibling to "what the hell is that?????". But I'm positive that the pups will soon become firm friends with their new brothers and sisters.

At home now we have Barney (due to leave this weekend) PoppyRed who is staying with us until next Saturday and of course Beebee....... it's very quiet here Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh don't wake them they are sleeping ;)

I haven't had a growing puppy in the house for a few years now and was thinking the other day how am I going to cope????? there's so many things to think of with a new pup about. not just house training and Beebee learning to live in this mad place. There's the other dogs to think about. Diggory looks panicked everytime Beebee walks into the room and I can see him living on the sofa for a while until he gets used to her. with this in mind I thought i would share the first few months of Beebee's live with you all. Travis has opened a new blog for me and I will be posting, hopefully once a week about how our lives have changed because of Beebee. What she gets up to, the things she does and how I cope with them :)  and of course how she progress's with her poorly eye. I hope it's going to be worth reading and if nothing else at least it should give you a good laugh at my expense when you find out I'm being beaten by the smallest cocker spaniel puppy in the world :)

Take care and please don't forget to email me loads of lovely photos of your babies as they settle into their new homes.
