We had a visitor today Ronnie..... he came for a hair whatsit" with mummy and that unfortunatly meant i had to have one as well!
Stomp!!!! (that's me stamping my paws by the way)

At least I wasn't on my own in this Molly-Jo and Diggory had to have one as well
"He... He"

Ronnie stayed to play with us for most of the day as his mummy was at work, we had a great time running about together, making loads of noise and chasing a tennis ball.

After Ronnie left I decided that I was bored and while Mummy did the house work I thought that I would have a look in the waste paper basket under Mummy's craft table. she often hides stuff in there that she doesn't want anymore but I think are worthy treasures. Quite often there will be a sweetie wrapper or a crisp packet that Mummy has forgotten to lick clean and I feel that this is my job to complete the task.
however things didn't go quite to plan today as mummy had set me up!!!!!

She must have known that I had planned a bin raid and she had put a big ball of sticky stuff in the bin for me to find. Now I'm only a cocker spaniel and I didn't know that if you poke sticky stuff with your nose it grabs you!!!!! the more you try and shake it off the more it hangs on!!!!! , Diggory wasn't no help he was too afraid of the sticky stuff to come near me. I tried and tried to fight it off but it just got stickier in the end I found I was in such a state all i could do was sit on the floor and shout for help.
Mummy came running down stairs to see what all the fuss was about and found me in a heap under the table. she wasn't much help either coz all she could do was laugh at me......... in fact she laughed so hard i thought she might make a puddle on the floor.
It really wasn't that funny, in fact it was quite upsetting.
it had grabbed on to both my ears all the hair under my chin and most of the rubbish I had removed from the bin and put on the floor, and I had wiggled about so much i had gotten trapped under the chair legs.
Thankfully Mummy soon came around from her giggling fit and helped me out. She had to cut a lot of it out of my ears and chin hair.............. very unfair!!!!! I had to have two haircuts in one day!!!!! I think I'll give mummy's crafting bin a miss for a while just in case she does the sticky tape joke again.

Although Now I know what doubly-sided-icky-tape smells like I won't be poking it again in a hurry,
that's for darn tooting!!!!!
