Bella went
out for her first walk today.
On such a beautiful sunny afternoon we decided it was the perfect day
to wander around up by Quarr Abby, and the perfect time for Bella to
enjoy her first stroll out with Suki-Su and Gracie-Lou.

We met up with
friends and their two Russell's, Bobby and Danny. Bella did really well,
she needed a little encouragement with the walk in time with the rest
of the pack, she kept darting off in the wrong direction only to be
stopped abruptly when the lead came to an end. She got the hang of
things though after a while. | | Bella loved the long grass and had a great time trying to kept up with
Suki and the others. She had no problem wearing her harness in fact I
think she barely noticed she had it on. |  |  | Half way to the turning point she started to flag a bit so a carry was
called for, Bella being so beautiful, it wasn't hard to get everyone to
offer to carry her to spread the weight load. You'd be amazed how much
a little pup weighs after 10 minutes of carrying her. Booboo wasn't up
for being carried all the way though and soon started to wriggle so
she could carry on chasing everyone again. |
We stopped on the way back to the Abby for a drink of water and some
doggy treats, Booboo has already learnt that she will only get a
sweetie if she sits and waits her turn with the other dogs. | 
|  | While we had a nice cold drink and an ice cream at the Abby Coffee shop
Bella caught a few ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's. |
