Bella wanted dog food cake for her birthday party! So that's what she got :)
That and some dog sweeties to share with her brother and sisters. She and all the rest of the pack had to wear silly hats (just for a bit) to warrant a piece of the cake.

A few weeks ago I was able to create this little memory book for my beloved Molly-JO.
Inside I put photos of her taken over the last 12 years,
I wrote about how much I love her and how she was a wonderful little friend to me.
Well I returned home last night from a weekend away with some crafting friends to this! |

Bella had her first hair cut on Sunday, Normally I'd like to leave it a few more months before doing a first hair cut, but it's been so hot lately and Bells coat is so thick. It's just not fair to make her suffer just because it's a few months too soon to clip her. She wasn't overly keen on the buzzing of the clippers but after she got the hang of sitting still (something she really can't do) things went quite smoothly.

Life with Bella-Donna runs at one speed and one speed only. That's top speed!!!! She's always on the go, into everything and anything she thinks might be hers or anyone elses. I have to say our lives have been turned upside down. She really is a pain in my rear end but I wouldn't have it any other way I adore her totally and utterly I just wish sometimes she would slooooooooow down! and take a break. I worry that she's going to get her head bitten off one of these days when she just won't leave Maggie-Mae alone however many times she is told that the sweetie or toy is not hers to steal. Maggie won't share toys and Bella just doesn't seem to have got the hang of this bit of info.

I thought those of you who followed Beebee's story might like to know how she is doing. I hear from her owners on a regular basis and she is booked in for her first hair cut next month. I
understand she has become a right little princess, adored by everyone and spoilt to bits :) She was spay at the beginning of the month and is recovering well from the op. She has bonded really well with her new big brother, she follows him about like the little sister she is. Trailing after him copying all that he does.
